Oral Presentation

Those who use your own laptop:

2 types of the video cables for video output can be available on site: D-sub DE-15, shown below, and HDMI. If your laptop cannot output a video signal to D-sub DE-15 nor HDMI, please bring a connector for either of D-sub DE-15 or HDMI.
D-sub DE-15:

Please check if your slide can be projected properly well before your presentation schedule.

4 computers for D-sub DE-15 and 3 computers for HDMI can be connected at the same time. Please connect your PC during the break.

Those who use the conference PC:

Please hand your file to Prof. Suzuki or to the registration desk well before your presentation schedule.

The version of Microsoft PowerPoint in our PC is Version 1801 (Microsoft Office Home & Business 2016).


Poster Presentation

 Each poster should be fixed to a side of a poster board, the picture of which is shown below.
The maximum available size for each poster measures 150 cm (height, top to bottom) x 85 cm (width, right to left). A poster is fixed to the board by masking tape or S-shaped hook (available onsite). Please use the masking tape available onsite. Most boards have two sides (front and back).
